Change of Mind

Please choose your colours carefully as we do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind, order cancellation or products chosen incorrectly. Where possible we photograph our colours using natural light and endeavour to showcase our colours as accurately as possible. It's important to note that the colour of all Pure Foxx polishes shown on your device may vary between devices and screens. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Pure Foxx's Returns Policy applies to products deemed faulty or not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This Returns Policy does not apply to goods which have:

The longevity of wear of nail polish is not reflective of the product quality and is not deemed to be faulty. This is due to the varying daily tasks that can impact nail polish adhesion and durability. Coverage, streakiness and chipping are also not considered faults. Where your purchase is damaged during post, or you believe the products are faulty:

  1. Please email us at hello@purefoxx.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your full name, order/invoice number, concern and photos.
  3. Pure Foxx will respond to your email, and we will work through your concerns.
  4. If your return is accepted, items will need to be sent to Pure Foxx for assessment.
  5. Once it is received and inspected by Pure Foxx, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and the outcome of our assessment. 
  6. If your order is eligible for a refund, Pure Foxx will organise, a refund for the full purchase amount of the item and postage. 

The buyer is responsible for all return postage and insurance costs. We recommend getting tracking and insurance should the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit occur. Pure Foxx is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
